Refund Policy
In force from October 14, 2026.
Plain version. A Premium membership is paid once for a month or a year, it unlocks immediately, and the payment stays final. There is no automatic renewal to forget about, so nothing is charged again unless you choose to buy another period. Money goes back only in the narrow cases under "When we do send a payment back".
What Premium buys
Premium removes ads and opens HD and 4K playback, members-only videos and downloads for the period you pick. You are paying for that access over the month or year, not per video watched or downloaded, and the access is fully yours from the moment the payment is confirmed. The free tier lets you browse and watch the catalog first, and the Premium page lists what changes once you upgrade.
Completing a payment is your request that Premium starts at once. Where a statutory withdrawal or cooling-off right would otherwise apply, you accept that it ends as soon as Premium has been switched on for you.
Not a reason for a refund
- You changed your mind or stopped visiting the site.
- You watched little or nothing during the paid period.
- A particular video, category or creator was removed after moderation, a takedown request or by the uploader.
- Playback quality was limited by your device, browser, connection or region.
- You picked the monthly period when the yearly one suited you better, or the reverse.
- You sent a different amount of crypto than the invoice asked for, used the wrong network, paid late, or paid network fees. Underpaid invoices are not activated and overpayments are not credited back.
- The value of the coin you paid with went up or down after the payment.
- Someone else you let use your account or device watched with it.
- Your account was closed for breaking the Terms of Service.
- Time left in the period. Premium runs to the end of what you paid for and is not pro-rated.
When we do send a payment back
- Paid twice for one period. A fault on our side created two confirmed payments for the same membership period.
- Payment you did not make. Someone used your wallet or account without your permission, you tell us within 14 days of the payment, and the on-chain record and our account logs back that up. A claim by itself does not decide it.
- Premium never worked. A confirmed fault on our side kept Premium completely unavailable for a continuous stretch, you reported it at the time, and we could not fix it. Slow loading, a single broken video or problems with your own setup are not covered.
An approved refund is sent in crypto to a wallet address you control, valued at the USD amount paid for that period and never more, less the network fee for sending it. It closes the matter, and one approved refund gives no right to another.
Asking for a refund
Email [email protected] from the address on your account within 14 days of the payment. Include the payment date, the amount and the transaction hash, and say which of the three cases applies. Requests that arrive later, come from another address or use another route are not reviewed, and declined requests are not reopened.
Ending Premium
Premium is not renewed automatically. When the period ends your account returns to the free tier unless you buy another period. Closing your account before then does not return any part of the payment.
What we keep on file
Each request is checked against our records: your acceptance of the Terms of Service, the activity log of your account (sign-ins, Premium plays and downloads), and the payment record from the payment operator, including the invoice, amount and on-chain transaction.
Disputes
Trying to reverse a payment through your wallet provider or exchange without first contacting us as described above breaks the Terms of Service, and the account may be closed.
Earlier payments
Memberships paid before October 14, 2026 stay under the terms that applied on the day of payment.
