Which words are banned on OnlyFans?
OnlyFans blocks terms in six broad groups: acts that are illegal or non-consensual, anything implying a participant under 18, solicitation and offline meetups, drugs and intoxication, off-platform payment methods, and rival platform names. It also blocks a seventh group that is different in kind: legal fetish acts such as watersports, fisting, caning, flogging, CBT, pegging and enema play. A blocked word does not mean you broke the law. It usually means the act is lawful but sits outside what card networks will underwrite.

On OnlyFucks: Banned here permanently. Every performer is identity-verified and 2257 records are held before anything goes live, so this is enforced at the door rather than by a caption filter.
Meeting up, escorting and sex work offline
Banned here tooCard networks treat any suggestion of paid in-person contact as a compliance emergency, so the filter is aggressive here and catches innocent phrasing constantly. "Meet" in "can we meet in the next live stream" has tripped it.
On OnlyFucks: Not allowed here either. We sell recorded content between verified performers. Arranging paid in-person contact is illegal in most of the United States and it is not what this platform is.
Drugs and intoxication
Banned here tooAnything implying a participant is impaired reads to a moderator as a consent problem, which is why even a caption about a glass of wine can catch. It is one of the most common accidental violations.
On OnlyFucks: Not allowed. A performer who cannot clearly consent cannot consent, and depicting impairment in a sexual scene is a line we hold for the same reason OnlyFans does.
Payment workarounds
Restricted here tooNaming an off-platform payment method is one of the fastest ways to get a message refused. Platforms block it because taking payment outside the processor breaks their merchant agreement, and because it is where scams live.
On OnlyFucks: Also restricted here, and for the same honest reason: money that moves outside the platform has no chargeback protection and no record, which hurts the creator first when a buyer disputes.
Rival platform names

How the filter works, and why innocent captions get refused
It matches strings, not meaning
The filter looks for character sequences. It does not read context, so "I was choking on my coffee" and a genuine breath-play caption look identical to it. This is why creators get refusals that feel absurd, and why appealing on the grounds that you meant something innocent rarely lands.
Messages fail differently from posts
In DMs the message is usually just refused at send time, which is annoying but harmless. In a post caption the content can be removed after the fact, and removals accumulate against the account. The dangerous one is the caption, not the chat.
The list moves without notice
Because it is never published, creators discover changes by hitting them. A phrase that worked for a year starts failing on a Tuesday. Any list you find, this one included, is a snapshot of what creators have reported, not a specification you can rely on.
