Can you recover a deleted OnlyFans account?
Whether an OnlyFans account can be recovered depends entirely on who ended it. If you started the deletion yourself, you cannot get it back. The Help Center states that "Once an account is deleted it cannot be restored", and directs you to apply for a new Creator account instead. If OnlyFans deactivated your content or suspended your account, that is a Decision, and Decisions have exactly one appeal route: the Deactivation Appeal Form. Row two is worth reading twice, because it is the only thing resembling a window and it is not a mercy setting. When you begin deletion with subscribers still on a paid month, OnlyFans stops new subscriptions and lets the existing ones run out. The account stays alive in the meantime because the billing has not finished, not because anyone is holding it for you. That is also why two creators can delete on the same day and one of them still has a login three weeks later.

The pattern behind all five is the same one that produces the inactive account rule and the restricted and limited account labels: somebody described product behavior once, it got repeated until it sounded official, and now it is quoted as policy by people who have never opened the source. A number nobody can point to in a document is not a rule, and you cannot cite it in a support ticket.
What you lose when the account goes, and what outlives it
Deletion is not symmetrical. What you lose is immediate and total; what OnlyFans keeps is governed by separate rules that carry on running afterwards.
You lose access to your content, and the terms say so directly: "You will not be able to access your Content after your account is terminated." You lose your subscriber list, which is the asset that actually took years to build, because there is no export and no way to message people who are no longer subscribed to an account that no longer exists. You lose your username, your posting history, and the message threads that customs buyers used to reference.
What outlives the account is the license and the records. The license you granted is "perpetual, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable, assignable, and transferable by us", and perpetual means it does not expire when your account does. On the records side, the privacy policy allows identity and financial or tax data to be kept for up to seven years in some locations, and it states plainly that an erasure request can be refused, using an account deactivated for violating the terms as its example. The practical lesson is to do the saving before you press anything. Download your catalog, export your payout history, and keep your own income records somewhere the platform does not control, because the moment your login stops working, so does your access to the numbers your accountant needs.

OnlyFans sends an email confirming an account has been successfully deleted. If that email is there, the deletion is done and no request will reverse it.

Deletion completes only when the last paid subscription expires. If yours are still running, the account is technically still open and support can still be reached about it.

Files, payout history, tax records. If you still have a login, this is the last time you will be able to.
